Visteon Corporation is a leading global automotive supplier that designs, engineers and manufactures innovative electronic products for vehicle manufacturers.
 

As they were already a client of EmployerBooster and we were doing their office rebranding, website, inside policies for employee engagement we decided to start with the recruitment video. The idea was to be creative and present something out of the box that will engage potential employees and serve as a call-to-action for them. It was also crucial to not go too wild and tell Visteon’s story in the right way showing their corporate culture and values. That’s why we decided to shoot a video that showed a job interview in the company. But just when the viewer might start thinking everything is boring and corporate we go to what Visteon do – to the racing track and feeling what is it like to work for the biggest names in the automotive industry. We also organized the PR and promotional campaign regarding the video that had articles in every major tech, automotive & HR media in Bulgaria. It was such a success that the video gained a reach of 200 000 just for the first 3 days. Overall it reached 40% of our target market and you can imagine, everyone was jumping out of joy!

For the 15th anniversary of their Bulgarian office we had the honor to organize their event, the PR campaign around it and produce a recruitment video.

Then everything left was to organize the event – plan it, invite all the guests, including the president of Bulgaria, Rosen Plevneliev, and the US Ambassador, Eric Rubin, send invitations to the press, communicate with Visteon’s clients and assure there will be car exhibition during the event and go on-site in the newly branded conference rooms in order to prepare everything and test the technologies that were about to be presented.

The event itself went as smoothly as possible, marking not only the 15th anniversary but the moving of the office to Capital Fort, a building built by the president himself while he was Minister of the Industrial Improvement.

The response from the medium was stunning as the event was covered in every major press in Bulgaria and even got itself a few articles in other Balkan countries as Visteon promised to find 150 new jobs in Bulgaria within the next year.
