As they were already a client of EmployerBooster and we were doing their office rebranding, website, inside policies for employee engagement we decided to start with the recruitment video. The idea was to be creative and present something out of the box that will engage potential employees and serve as a call-to-action for them. It was also crucial to not go too wild and tell Visteon’s story in the right way showing their corporate culture and values. That’s why we decided to shoot a video that showed a job interview in the company. But just when the viewer might start thinking everything is boring and corporate we go to what Visteon do – to the racing track and feeling what is it like to work for the biggest names in the automotive industry. We also organized the PR and promotional campaign regarding the video that had articles in every major tech, automotive & HR media in Bulgaria. It was such a success that the video gained a reach of 200 000 just for the first 3 days. Overall it reached 40% of our target market and you can imagine, everyone was jumping out of joy!
